Spratts Factory is a 3,000-square-foot Victorian factory conversion. It has two wide entrances on the ground floor and the space spreads over three levels. The ground floor is open-plan, with double-height ceilings, original 20-foot arched windows, and exposed brickwork.

Shooting is available from both upper levels, thanks to open walkways and a large “wall window” within the second-floor bedroom.
