We only represent trained, trusted homeowners who understand what it means to host a shoot.

We have met and vatted all of our homeowners for filming and provide ongoing guidance to manage expectations. We know the owners, the house, the neighbours, the pets and the surrounding areas- so we can make sure shoots run as smoothly as possible. Like our founder- Gillian at Deerhurst Road, they know what to expect, how to accommodate a crew, and who to contact on the day.

Every property we manage is checked for wide access points, power supply, parking, green rooms, and load-in/load-out ease. Our “no surprises” policy means productions and owners are both fully briefed, so everyone’s on the same page from the start. 

This reliability keeps location managers coming back. We don’t disappear after the booking is confirmed, we are here right from the location scout and setup, through the enquiry and booking process, right up to post-shoot correspondence and content release.

We understand that production moves rapidly. That’s why we have Dinah and Gillian on enquiries at all times to lock in your shoot, answer questions, and find creative solutions when there are last-minute changes. 

If we don’t have the right match for your enquiry, we’ll recommend alternatives or refer you to one of our fabulous location library partners.

Gillian, our founder, brings over twenty years of on-set experience and creative insight with a background in advertising. She has hosted shoots at Deerhurst Road Shoot Location and has made all the mistakes, so our owners don’t have to.

 Dinah, our enquiries and contracts QUEEN, even runs her own shoot location (Ritherdon Road), so she understands what it’s like from both sides: as a host and as the production liaison.
