Here is what to expect

- We will sit down with a cup of tea and go through your information sheet
- You can ask us any questions about the set up and shoot process
Overall
We are photographing your house to set it up and market it as a shoot location – so it needs to look the best it can. Please go room by room and make sure they are clean, tidy and “dressed” for our photographers. Ensure all curtains and blinds are open and symmetrical, then turn on all lights in the house prior to our arrival. Kitchen, Dining and Living
Please remove all notices and magnets off the fridge. Hide away all cloths, tea towels and fairy liquid. You can leave the kettle, toaster, coffee machine out– but please declutter benches.
Please lay your dining room table as if you were having a dinner party – it will attract more shoots. Remove all family photos. Hide away remote controls, make books look lovely and neat, then tidy away any personal paperwork. Cushions and blankets need to look presentable, with all pet items cleared away.
Bedrooms
Please make sure your beds are made and look like they are ready for guests – ideally with ironed linen. Any pillows or bed-blankets – please make sure they are camera ready. Clear away any personal items from bedside tables and hide away any phone charges and remote controls. See below for a guide.
Bathrooms
Please hide away all shampoos, razors, tampax and toiletries. You can leave the soap and posh potions, but all day-to-day items, please hide away.
Garden
Please clear up any leaves and weeds and make it look at lovely as possible. If you have a stone patio – please get it cleaned for the photos. Remove all furniture and pool covers, removing water from any rain. It is a nice idea to dress your tables with table cloths and nice glassware as if you were having a garden party. Lastly, please be sure to remove all pet poo and paraphernalia.
If we set you up during the Winter months- we will schedule a time to come for a photography visit when the weather is sunny.
