Eglantine in Wandsworth, is a New-York meets Soho-House style home. It features stunning natural light, Crittal-style windows, double-height ceilings, exposed brick walls and even an indoor swing in the kitchen! 

If you’re looking for the perfect backdrop, check out the open dining space or the TV room for crisp sound and privacy.

Burcote House is an Edwardian home in Earlsfield, London. It is popular for its massive kitchen/dining/living space. The living room is warm and inviting, easily setting the tone for your episode. With glass sliding doors, a skylight and two large sofas that can be moved as required, it is a flexible space that is great for production and accessible for your entire crew (wheelchair friendly).

Cranley Place SW7 is a super central location in London with iconic charm and sleek style. The ideal spot for hosting your next podcast, with unique spaces like the gentleman’s office and sitting room with a neon wall-light. Your background is already set and camera-ready.

Just like on our film shoots- there are other spaces in the flat available for kit storage and crew setup. Perfect for co-hosting or interviewing special guests without the stress.

Groom Crescent in Wandsworth is a lovely, light and airy Scandi-style home, featuring wooden accents and a calming, neutral colour scheme. Another house with an indoor swing and great news: furniture can be moved with permission, so you can dress the rooms how you need for podcasting.

Semara House is another beauty with open-plan living and exposed brick walls. The main living area is great for if you’re needing a warm, homely setting with plenty of space and a ready-made background. If you prefer a customised space, the master bedroom is perfect for dressing the location to match your style. This could include additional lights, green screens or sofas.

Telford Park is a double-fronted Victorian home and has abundant space for shooting and recording podcasts, particularly in the generous living room. This open-plan space offers easy access to the kitchen and adjacent rooms, making it ideal for kit, crew and production. The living space overlooks the garden and swimming pool, creating a stunning backdrop from every angle.
