A huge farm house in Kent, with animals and outbuildings. This property has no surrounding neighbours and is preferred pick for higher volumes and big film jobs.

Another location with large surrounds and unlimited noise capacity, Broadlands Estate is an outdoor venue only. The outside of the house and an orangery is available for filming.

One of our most eclectic locations and our founder’s home, Deerhurst Road. This shoot location has been used for countless music videos and performances over the years. The house has a disco room and was quite literally built for shoots. but the rest of the house equally gets as much love.

Some artists that have visited include: Beabadoobee, Wet Leg, Glass Animals, Olly Murs, The Vamps, Cat Burns and many more.

Please note that this location has strict hours of use due to council restrictions.

Like you needed any more reasons to film at this huge, luxurious property. This location held Stormzy’s thirtieth birthday party. The property is great for music filming with endless space and a large, wrap around garden.

Behold one of our first location set ups, Georgian Manor, Kent. This location is an estate in Kent and is great for large filming and music videos. It has had visits from artists like Bombay Bicycle Club and Pale Waves.

• Grade || listed property with original features
• Piano room
• Tennis court and swimming pool

Looking for a glass penthouse with wooden slatted windows? You are now. This house is a loft-style flat with a unique, contemporary and minimal design. Great for podcast filming or music editorials.

Another house in lovely Kent, but make it retro. Margate Delight is a quaint, townhouse with 1970’s wallpapers and is located right near the beach and Dreamland. What a Delight.

A stunning London home with an award winning kitchen. This house is great for crew that need to move the kitchen island for more space!

What could be a more ideal backdrop for music promotions, than a 1930’s Industrial Artist studio? This stunning location has a large rooftop with classic London views, Industrial decor, a mezzanine and small kitchen for shoots.

• No drugs or alcohol (some houses will allow smoking outside in the back of gardens)
• Please either wear no shoes inside or bring protective shoe covers.
• Please discuss beforehand: smoke machines and haze, moving furniture, noise levels, crew numbers and areas needed
