At A Glance: Stunning Studio Spaces
For when your brief includes a scene that needs studio space filming location!
We have our pick of the crop here, but the list is not exhaustive! Remember that you can always get in touch directly if you have a specific location need you want assistance with. Or if you're in a hurry, we know what the timelines can be like for location scouters and production managers!
Brixton Warehouse
Brixton Warehouse is a ground floor film location, and a multi-functional event space in South London. The white brick decor keeps it neutral and truly a blank canvas for your set dressers. Features include an industrial kitchen, high ceilings, overhead light and a bright, light filled white space. it’s a great multi space film production location property – and you’ll probably find the makeup station and changing room space handy.
Fabric
Yes, THE fabric.
Built as the underground cold store for Smithfield Meat Market, the building is primarily used as a nightclub. The space is a network of independent levels, rooms and areas that can be configured in a number of ways, accommodating anything up to 1,500 people.
Spread over 25,000 square feet, the space has five distinct areas, which can be combined in different ways depending on numbers and requirements: five bars; three dance floors; two lounge areas; two stages. Combining wood, glass and metal, the building has been renovated with an industrial feel. Obviously it lends itself to nightclub scenes and music video shoots, but the space is versatile beyond that. Also it’d feel pretty cool to mention it as a filming location.
Isle Of Wight Beach House
This location house is an ultra-modern family home by the sea with stunning views, a yoga studio, an outdoor swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and hot tub. Need more spaces? There’s also a skate ramp, a yurt and a converted bus. You could likely film your entire narrative here!
