When it comes to scouting a film location, there are a few key factors to consider- and accessibility is often a big one.

Your cast or crew may require wheelchair access or you could be planning ahead, but accessible locations can make all the difference. We often get enquiries asking for properties with wide spaces for wheelchairs and kit, street-level entry, side access and ground floor loos.

Mountain Ash is a stunning contemporary home in Surrey, KT22, with plenty of space, both indoors and out. There’s a wide, accessible ground floor loo and free on-site parking for up to six cars, ideal for larger productions.

Orchard House is a gorgeous new build with modern interiors, set in Chichester PO20. Not only does it have sea views, but there is a ground floor ensuite, a spare room and a wheelchair-friendly loo. There is also a pool house with a gym and kitchen that can be accessed via sliding doors. Perfect for your next feature film or TV series.
