Chiswick Dock W4
If you have been around with us for a while, you may remember Hartington House. Our owners sold the home and closed it down as a shoot location. Until now with their new home!
A recent addition to our books, Chiswick Dock W4 is a modern home with a terrace AND a rooftop. There are stunning views of The River Thames, perfect for 360 scenes for a music video or high fashion stills.
E1 Penthouse
Our only penthouse property at Location Creation, E1’s rooftop, is the star of the show. It has iconic skyline views of East London. It has a wraparound terrace (North facing) that looks out over the City, Canary Wharf and beyond. Perfect for shoots that need a strong urban backdrop. It has hosted film shoots, small branded content and fashion shoots like Gym Shark.

The Butter Factory
Located in Camberwell SE5, The Butter Factory is a 1930’s Industrial Artist studio. It is decked out with personal art pieces and comprises a large rooftop with of course- London Views. There is also a mezzanine and small kitchen inside for crew use.
Fun fact: Did you know this location hosted raves in the 90’s?
The Butter Factory has proven to be quite popular for fashion shoots and most recently, the rooftop was used for “Spotify Gloabl Fan Campaign” shot by Ariel Fish.
